Chris is an acknowledged Australian authority on qualitative and quantitative veterinary epidemiology. He is experienced in the application of epidemiology to a wide range of animal health issues. These include population-based research and collation, interpretation of computerised laboratory data, data summarisation, epidemiological modelling and statistical analysis.

Dr. Baldock is a former President and current Vice-President of the Queensland Division of the Australian Veterinary Association; Assistant Chief Examiner Membership and former Principal Examiner in Epidemiology for the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists.
