Bruce is the author of several books. UNDERSTANDING HAPPINESS; HOUSING POLICY IN THE DEVELOPED ECONOMY; BRITISH CABINET MINISTERS - THE ROLES OF POLITICIANS IN EXECUTIVE OFFICE. He has written chapters in books on topics such as: 'The life satisfactions and priorities of Australians', and 'Subjective well-being: a stocks and flows framework'.

 

Dr. Headey's recent research includes: THE VICTORIAN QUALITY OF LIFE PANEL STUDY, one of two panel studies in the world which, for a large public sample, monitors and explains changes in their subjective well-being/perceived quality of life; SETTING THE POLITICAL AGENDA: A TWICE YEARLY SURVEY OF VICTORIAN OPINION LEADERS.
