John was City Manager at Salisbury for seven years after service at six New South Wales Councils. A former Federal President of the Institute of Municipal Management, John has operated a local government consultancy since 1991. With a preferred knowledge of reform agendas, structures, systems and practices John has consulted nationally to over 100 councils combining proven experience with superior communication and facilitation skills.
